Always a wonderful experience from arrival to when I leave. Jo and her angel crew really listen to my ideas and wishes and do their best to get my hair looking exactly the way I want to look. They are fun and cheerful and welcoming. Jo ‘s experience and technical expertise shines through her excellent leadership and mentoring of her young team. Mitch and Saxon add to this great family.

Phoenix Hair Society is a beautiful and welcoming salon.Yesterday, my daughter and I had the pleasure of getting our hair done with Jo and Harmony, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Harmony was absolutely fantastic with my daughter. She took her time, made her feel completely comfortable, and created such a positive experience that my daughter hasn't stopped talking about it—especially how wonderful it felt to have her hair washed! It's rare to find a stylist who connects so well with younger clients. Jo was, as always, just fantastic. I walked away feeling fresh, beautiful, and completely rejuvenated. I cannot say enough amazing things about Harmony! I walked in with almost a year’s worth of box dye, a stubborn mix of brown and red and asked her to do the impossible, make me blonde again. Not only did she pull it off, she absolutely nailed it. She transformed my hair into the most beautiful ash blonde I could have ever imagined. Harmony also gave me a gorgeous haircut and style that she suggested, and I’m completely in love with it. For the first time in a long while, I feel like myself again and actually feel beautiful. On top of that, every hairdresser in the salon is so lovely and welcoming. The whole atmosphere made the experience even better. I’ve already booked my next appointment. If you’re looking for someone who can work magic with hair, Harmony is your girl!

Had such an amazing and positive experience at Phoenix Hair Society! Madi did a truly amazing job with my colour and haircut! She took a lot of care, listened to my requirements and made me feel unbelievably happy with my fresh colour and restyle! A big shout out to both Lucia and Jo as well, both of whom took such great care of my hair! Will definitely be visiting again and will recommend them to all ☺️ Thanks team, and a big thank you to the wonderful Saxon (the salon pooch) who made my day extra special!

I had my hair done with Madi. Upon my consultation, I knew this is the right salon to get my hair done. Everyone is friendly and sweet especially Harmony. She’s a sweetheart! I had to go back the next day for some retouch, and they handled it with such care and patience especially with Jo’s final touch. So glad I chose this salon during my trip to 🇦🇺
